Cookie Policy

1. The short version
This site uses one cookie, and only if you put something in the basket. There is no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.
2. The cookie we use
| Name | Purpose | Set when | Expires | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
PHPSESSID |
Identifies your browsing session so the basket keeps its contents while you move between pages, and so the order can be handed to the payment page correctly. | The first time you add a package to the basket. Browsing the site without using the basket sets nothing. | When you close the browser | Strictly necessary |
Under Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user does not require prior consent. A basket you asked to fill is exactly that case.
3. What we do not use
- No analytics cookies — we do not run any analytics or measurement product on this site.
- No advertising or remarketing cookies, and no social media pixels.
- No cross-site tracking, and no data sold or shared with data brokers.
- No fonts loaded from a third-party service — typefaces are served from our own server.
The site is prepared for analytics to be added later. If that ever happens, this page will be updated first and a consent mechanism will be shown before any such cookie is set.
4. Requests to third parties
The payment method logos in the footer are images loaded from a public content delivery network. They set no cookies, but the network operator does receive your IP address and browser identification as part of the request, in the same way as any other image loaded from another domain.
When you continue to payment you are taken to a page operated by our payment service provider. That page is governed by the provider's own cookie and privacy notices, which are shown to you there.
5. Removing or blocking cookies
You can delete existing cookies and block new ones in your browser settings — the relevant section is usually called "Privacy", "Cookies and site data" or "Site settings". Blocking the session cookie means the basket will not remember what you selected, and checkout will not work. Everything else on the site, including the contact form, works without it.
6. Server logs
Independently of cookies, our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, time, page requested and browser identification — for security and fault diagnosis. These are covered in the Privacy Policy.
